    Worship Services

    Regular Sunday Services

Join us for relaxed and inviting Sunday gatherings at 10:45 am.

Hillhurst United offers a unique place to take the first step in a deeper exploration of faith and life issues.

Our services are casual, energetic and inspiring. The coffee's on before and during the service, so come as you are. Lunch is normally served in the gym after the morning service, and everyone is welcome for food and fellowship.

    Nursery care is provided.

Parking location guide can be viewed here.

An audio archive of selected sermons can be found here

Baptisms are usually held once a month.

    Sunday School (KidSpace)

Children ages 0-3 can remain with their parents in the service, or spend the entire service with our nurturing caregivers in the PLAY daycare.

Children ages 4-12 start in the Sanctuary with their parents. There is a Children's Time during the worship service, and then children are invited to attend age-appropriate Sunday School Classes with our experienced Sunday School teachers.

Our curriculum teaches children the art of using religious language - parable, sacred story, silence, and liturgical action - helping them become more fully aware of the mystery of God’s presence in their lives.

For more information, visit our KidSpace page.

    Fire and Grace Contemplative Services

Fire and Grace is an alternative gathering of people who share worship, silent prayer/meditation, study and companionship on the spiritual journey. Some members are brand new to the spiritual path; some have studied the Gospels or the teachings of Christian mystics and saints; some lean more toward Buddhist or Sufic teachings; while still others follow a more secular-spiritual path.

Fire and Grace services are on the second and fourth Wednesday evenings of the month, from 6-8pm. For more information, visit the Fire & Grace page.
