Our Building Operations Team & office staff need some help!

Our 100 year old building needs lots of TLC and it will take a team to stay on top of repairs, preventative maintenance and support to our tenant and facility needs throughout each busy week at HUC.

Skilled trade or handyman skills are needed but we also need people simply willing to take a turn opening the school parking gate Sunday mornings, outside minor landscaping maintenance, acting as a liaison to our tenants for any issues; and generally spreading the attention needed to our building operations beyond the faithful few that currently deal with our many needs.

    Building "Job Jar"

If you can look after any of these recurring or one-time jobs, please check-in with the Church Office to confirm that the task is still required and arrange building accces at a time to avoid conflict with building occupants.

Your time and talent is appreciated. Please use safe-work procedures and do not attempt any tasks which require special skills or quallifcations which you do not have (for example, electrical, gas); or risk of injury if working alone atop a ladder etc.

For expense re-imbursement, if any, please discuss with Building Operations Chair or HUC Accountant Nancy Watts.
